Cementing is an important process during drilling process. The influential parameters success of cement are compressive strenght and shearbond strenght. Cementing on oil and gas wells need a lot of cost. One of the method used to reduce cost at cementing process is add chemicals form of organic waste. One of the chemicals that has the element of silica is bagasse ash. The activated carbon present in bagasse ash reducing the loss of cement suspension fluid and increasing strength cement. This experimental study used 10% bagasse ash with heating temperature 100°C, 200°C, 300 °C, 400°C, 500°C, 600°C as additional additive of cement suspension.
Bagasse ash have been sieve 200 mesh, then heated using oven furnace with variation temperature. After the suspense cement is finished, the suspense is poured into the mold and dried for 24 hours. After dry the sample is removed from the mold, then the next sample will be tested loading by using hydraulic Press tool. This loading test is carried out until the sample broken. The pressure at the time of the rupture sample was recorded as the maximum load data to determine compressive strenght and shearbond strenght. The result of this research shows that the increase of Compressive Strenght and Shear Bond Strenght is influenced by heating temperature of bagasse ash. The optimum strength was obtained at 400 °C with compressive strength at 226.35 psi and shear bond strength at 192.876 psi.
